    Project

If there’s anything we’ve learnt from Yuvraj Singh, it’s to overcome even the toughest of challenges with courage and determination. His fight against rare condition is an inspiration to all - he didn’t lose hope even in the darkest times, and today, through YouWeCan he encourages us to do the same during this second wave.

YouWeCan Has Been Working Tirelessly Since The Start Of The Pandemic

Hopelessness and despair has filled the air of the country. The grim pictures of death and suffering have given us sleepless nights. We are all scrambling for that one piece of good news and hence when we hear a group of individuals or an NGO working to help the ones in need, we feel hopeful.

YouWeCan, a Gurgaon-based NGO, founded by famous Indian cricketer, Yuvraj Singh, was started with the mission to help empower Indians to fight rare condition through awareness, early detection, patient support and survivor empowerment. Having survived this deadly disease himself, Yuvraj Singh was determined to help as many people as possible. However, ever since the beginning of the pandemic, YouWeCan has been helping thousands in need survive this crisis.

YouWeCan Foundation organized a hunger relief campaign in Telangana to ease the problems of migrant workers last year. They have also mobilized over 1 million hygiene kits to over 14 states across the country and created awareness about COVID-19 throughout the year. This time too, they want to contribute by distributing urgent medical equipment to hospitals. They are working very hard every day.

The Urgency Of The Situation Calls For Swift Action

YouWeCan is now rapidly scaling up the critical care hospital capacity of 10-15% in hospitals across the country by setting up 1000 COVID-19 critical care beds under their initiative #Mission1000Beds. This hospital capacity increase program will include 1000 additional critical care beds, 2000 oxygen cylinders, 500 BiPAP machines, 100 Ventilators and other life-saving equipment.

YouWeCan is setting up critical care beds across the country. Through this initiative, 6000+ patients will benefit every month all across the country.

You are not alone. I am with you. YouWeCan is with you. No matter how tough it gets, you must not give up. We will fight together,” - Yuvraj Singh, Indian cricketer and founder of YouWeCan.

With the current cases hitting record breaking numbers every day, life-saving medical equipment is of the utmost importance right now. The need is urgent. Without this, thousands more will suffer an untimely death.

    How You Can Help

Times like these call for all of us to come together and do our best to help others. YouWeCan needs your support to scale the critical care hospital capacity around the country. Your contribution will help them get the essential medical equipment needed to save thousands of lives from this virus.

Donate now and help make a difference. Every contribution counts.
