Patient Mrs. Dhanashree Suresh Ubhale, aged 48 years, from Krantinagar Bhisegaon is suffering from Hepatitis C & has been advised Tablet Ledviclear to be taken for 3 months by Dr. Rakesh Patel (Gastroenterologist).
Tab Ledviclear (Ledipasvir 90mg & Sofosbuvir 400mg) of Abbot costs Rs.25000/- for 28 tablets. Her husband Mr.Suresh Ubhale is a chikki vendor in trains & cannot afford to purchase these medicines as his daily income is hardly Rs.100-200 & so has requested for medicines. He has already purchased one month course which is getting exhausted on 20th September 2017 & the norm is it should be taken regularly for 3 months continuous.
