Give these kids little hope.

Mera India Mera Adhikar (M.I.M.A.) is a youth led, grass root level NGO which is dedicated to educate and empower underprivileged slum dwellers by creating awareness on fundamental rights and help them in their overall development. We mainly work on three rights; Right to Education, Right to Equality and Right Against Exploitation. We have started this NGO four years ago from the slum area of R.K Puram, Sec 12, New Delhi.Since then we are continuously working for the children, women and Youths in this slum.

In these four years more than 500 children have been benefited from our free tuition class and other recreational activities. Every year more than 100 children are enrolled for the free tuition classes. We also provide free English classes for youths and more than 50 youth have been benefited from the program.

However, due to lack of proper infrastructure we are not able to practical knowledge about the subjects apart from the text books. We are planning to introduce audio/visual sessions for our students in the slum, however due to lack of funds we are not able to start the project. It has been proved from various research and from our personal experience, audio/visual classes are more effective as compared to the traditional method of teaching only from the textbooks.
Through this campaign, we target to raise the following as funds of material:
1. Projector -1
2. Speaker - 2
3. Registers.-200
