Eyes are the window of our Soul and our NGO is helping the downtrodden people of our society to see better. Our NGO - Society For Eye Health Awareness, Serampore (SEHAS) organizes Free Eye Check-up Camps to serve economically challenged people. We regularly organize Blood Donation Camps and Health Camps. We arrange several Awareness Programs in the slum areas to maintain good health and hygiene in society.
With the support of the kind-hearted people of our society, we keep serving the distressed people of the society by organizing several programs like Blanket Distribution in winter, Food Packets Distribution (including milk for the children), and many more Social Development Programs for the economically challenged people to fight against all odds. During COVID, our NGO has worked day and night to reach out to people for various help. We have spread social distancing and sanitation awareness by distributing masks, sanitizers, and soaps.
On this Durga Puja, the biggest occasion of West Bengal, India, Society For Eye Health Awareness, Serampore has stepped forward to donate 'SMILES' and give 'STYLE' to some lone kids. Our NGO - SEHAS is organizing a Wearables Distribution Program at the visually challenged schools and orphanages to be by their side on this joyous occasion. We are planning to distribute 500 Wearables ( each cost Rs 500) to the needy, residing at Orphan homes, Visually Challenged schools, and the Red Light area.
Your contribution towards clothes will ensure that the kids can live a better life. Even a small act of kindness can go a long way in helping hundreds of people.
