Dear Donors,
There are more than 35 families who are affected by Leprosy. Most of them are between the ages of fifty to eighty years old. Due to the disease, most of them have impairments in their hands, legs, and vision.
Because there is not enough awareness about leprosy among the general public, people hesitate to go near them. As a result, they are unable to go to work. Moreover, they are also unable to go to nearby shops to buy essential items.
Thanks to kind-hearted individuals like you, their daily lives continue to move forward, as you provide them with essential groceries once a month.
We are a Yasagam Foundation and registered NGO, trying to support those Leprosy affected families by providing them essential groceries, blankets, new clothes and nutritious food every month.
