You Can Feed Warm Meals To These Senior Citizens Who Have No One To Care For Them

“The sight broke our hearts and that’s when we decided to start Devdoot Food Bank to feed warm nutritious meals to all those who have been struggling with hunger and poverty. When I see them eat to their heart’s content and thank us, my heart fills up with joy,” - Pankaj Gupta, Co-founder, Devdoot Food Bank.

Over the years, Pankaj noticed that the aged and the abandoned suffer the most

While actively working with the underprivileged and poor, Pankaj and Vipin realised that the elderly population in India has been suffering a lot. After working very hard their entire life, they have no one to even look after their basic needs.

“So many of the elderly tell me that their own children have left them near a temple or simply by the roadside, refusing to look after them. With tears in their eyes, they describe how they begged them to take them home but in vain. I decided to help these old souls with proper food and medicine and give them the love they deserve.” 

Devdoot Food Bank is working hard to feed nutritious meals to the elderly who are on their own. They want to take away the constant worry from their minds about survival and give them a happy and healthy life.
