Holi is a time of joy, laughter, and togetherness. Streets come alive with colors, music, and celebrations. But for street animals, Holi is not a festival—it’s a time of fear and suffering.

For over 15 years, they've been the unsung heroes, tirelessly rescuing and treating hundreds of sick and injured animals. Whether it's a victim of a hit-and-run accident or a casualty of animal cruelty, House of Strays opens its doors to all, offering free care and sanctuary. They've even established a dispensary for cases that can't return to the streets, providing a safe space for immobile and visually challenged animals to heal and thriv
During this festival of colours, he wants to do everything in his power to keep these strays safe and protected from harmful chemicals and abuse on animals. However, he can’t do this without your support.

About the NGO:
Led by Sanjay Mahapatra and his team of dedicated volunteers, House of Strays has been a beacon of hope for countless animals in need for over 15 years. This NGO provides free care and sanctuary to sick and injured animals, including victims of accidents and cruelty. With a dispensary catering to immobile and visually challenged animals, House of Strays ensures that no creature is left behind. Currently, they care for over 200 dogs within their shelter and provide daily meals to 1500 strays outside. Their commitment to compassion and care knows no bounds, but they rely on your support to continue their lifesaving mission.
