Support Voice Of Slum In Their Mission To Ensure No One Goes Hungry During The Pandemic

As Delhi and NCR region reel under the pressure of the second wave, the slum dwellers are the worst hit by the crisis. These people  are in no position to afford two square meals a day. Every day is uncertain, every day is a struggle.

They belong to the lower rungs of society and so many of them don’t have access to even the most basic essentials. Voice of Slum (VoS) wants to do everything in their power to help them.

Voice of Slum is an NGO based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It’s mission is to assimilate street children into mainstream society by providing them with quality education,  exposure and access to opportunities. The NGO is run by Dev and Chandni, who were born in slums, and who have been through it all.

Last year, during the pandemic, VoS had distributed around 18 lakhs cooked meals to migrant labourers and daily wagers. This time too, they want to reach out to as many people as possible and distribute grocery kits so that they’re able to survive this crisis.  

But this is a herculean task and they won’t be able to do it on their own. That’s why they need you to come forward and help them distribute these essentials during this crisis. 

At a time when people are struggling to make it through the day, even a small amount of help will make a big difference. Together we can save many lives. 

About the NGO:  Voice of Slum is an NGO based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
