My name is Suriyamani Prajapati, and I am a father in need of help for my son, Ayansh. We have been faced with a difficult situation as Ayansh has been diagnosed with PUV Fulguration and requires urgent medical treatment at Choudhary Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The required amount for his treatment is Rs. 6,50,000, which is beyond what we can afford.
Ayansh is a brave and resilient child who has been fighting this ailment with all his strength. As a father, it breaks my heart to see him in pain and I am reaching out to all compassionate souls to help us in this time of need.
