Help Vridh Care Provide Hygiene Kits For Senior Citizens In Old Age Homes

VridhCare is a humanitarian, not-for-profit organization that serves and engages with the underprivileged elderly community in both rural and urban regions. To date, the organization has provided support to over 30000 senior citizens from across 600 old-age homes in North and East India. We are working towards increasing our capacity to reach out to most parts of the country. 

Established to provide mental, physical, emotional and psychological care to the elderly, VridhCare collaborates and joins forces with old-age homes with the objective of adding more value to elderly care.

Tragically, though, despite the support of the Government and a rising participation of NGOs and charity work, old-age homes across Delhi still remain deprived of basic hygiene amenities required to lead a clean and healthy lifestyle. 

These deficiencies lead to infections, acute and chronic illnesses, and mental affliction. As part of its latest campaign, VridhCare is attempting to help more than 2500 senior citizens across 60 nursing homes in Delhi by providing hygiene kits, among other basic amenities, that will potentially alleviate their situation. 

We solemnly appeal to everyone to join us in our endeavor and help make a difference. It only requires a small effort on our part.

Vridhcare, a not-for-profit organization headquartered in New Delhi, has committed itself to bringing relief to the rising population of the elderly. We have set out on this agenda with a vision ‘To be the catalyst to minimize old age destitution and ensure that globally all old age destitute live a life of dignity.

1. Vridhcare is serving 580 old-age homes in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, UP, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, Orissa, and Madhya Pradesh.

2. Around 25000 senior citizens are serving in 412 Old Age Homes.

3. Vridhcare ensures clean drinking water, nutritious food, basic healthcare, and hygienic living conditions

4. To maintain Hygienic Living conditions in Old Age Homes Adult Diapers are necessary for senior citizens with various conditions, such as incontinence, mobility impairment, severe diarrhea, or dementia.

5. We are providing adult diapers for bedridden and needy senior citizens on a monthly basis. The Adult Diapers are antibacterial and work as a Leakage barrier, odor control, and are ideal for both men and women

6. Till now we have provided 1000 cartons of Adult Diapers to needy senior citizens in all these old age homes.
