Story of the campaigner
PFA Faridabad brings instant relief to the suffering of large animals by sending the transport (as an ambulance). Injured large animals are picked up and brought to the Shelter for treatment and in some cases, "spot treatment" is also given to them. We attend calls the entire day, rescuing.
Animals are at the site of traffic accidents, from homes, and streets where animals are hurt and in need of help. Whatever the situation is our staff and our volunteer/members rushes to any spot at any time, when need be there. Since we do not have any proper place to treat major casualties, we provide first aid as and when information is received and arrange for its pickup by some other organization that has the facility.
PFA Faridabad catches stray dogs from different areas in Faridabad city and gets them sterilized at Aastha Shelter Home, and releases them from where they were picked up. PFA Faridabad also vaccinates all sterilized animals, against rabies.
We initiated a “Project Summer LifeLine” in 2015 conducted by the PEOPLE FOR ANIMALS TRUST FARIDABAD to provide some comfort to homeless animals in this unforgiving summer. The lack of clean drinking water leads to dehydration and finally the death of thousands of homeless animals and birds in our city. Here is a chance to help animals and birds in your city in a small way.
We also do the Adoption Programme after the animal is cured our members help us to identify people interested in adopting these dogs & puppies and get them adopted into homes where they will be looked after. So far a lot of dogs & puppies have already found homes for themselves.
Conduct training programs and advisory services for the people who want to involve in animal welfare activities. Advisory services to individuals, schools, colleges, Pvt./Govt. Sector related to animal welfare activities.

PEOPLE FOR ANIMALS FARIDABAD was set up in 2007 to extend the services to the animals in distress in Faridabad. PFA Faridabad is a registered Charitable Trust under Indian Trust Act,1860 and registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. PFA Faridabad has got recognition from Animal Welfare Board of India, Ministry of Environment & Forests (Govt. of India). People for Animals Faridabad campaigns for animal rights. It spearheads a popular movement for respecting all life on earth. We work to rescue and rehabilitate sick and needy animals. We set up and run shelter, sterilization programmes and conduct education programmes in schools and colleges.
