    Project

We are dealing with tough times. With global warming and a gap of information about the necessary steps to be taken, it's high time we do something. Lack of education and deforestation are two of the main reasons why our future, as well as our children's future, is in jeopardy.

Last year, bush and forest fires led to the mass destruction of trees. Hundreds of trees were burned to a crisp while harming the environment with smoke and ash. This also led to a lot of animals dying in the fires. The cause of these was concluded to be global warming.

After amazon fires, Australian fires, and excessive deforestation, we’re all choking in the smoke. It doesn't matter where the fires are; we share the atmosphere; we're all suffering.

The reason why environmentalists aren't able to spread awareness about this is due to a lack of education. In a country like India, illiteracy is rampant. About half of our nation's children are uneducated. Some start but drop out due to financial issues. After which, its almost impossible for them to get back at it. They usually start working or go on to do menial jobs.

There is a lot that can change if we educate our youth. They will lead the world of tomorrow, only if they are educated today. But here is where it gets tough. But every problem has a solution. In this case, the solution will be educating children as well as saving the environment.

Donate pencils made out of recycled newspapers, help educate the youth of tomorrow.
