Arjun was at work at a construction site, doing what he could to provide for his family, when a sudden accident changed his life forever. He tripped on an electric wire and suffered severe burns to his shoulder and neck. The injuries were devastating, and in an effort to save his life and treat his injuries, his toes had to be amputated.

Today, Arjun is fighting a difficult battle towards recovery. His treatment is ongoing in Lucknow, far from his home in Sultanpur, and the cost of his medical care is estimated to be Rs 7 lakh. For Arjun and his family, this is an amount they simply cannot manage on their own.

Behind Arjun's hospital room is a family waiting, worrying, and hoping for his recovery. He is the only child of his elderly parents, who are both in their seventies. 

At this stage in their lives, they should be able to find comfort in their family, but instead, they are facing the fear of seeing their son suffer through a medical crisis.

Arjun's wife is by his side during this incredibly difficult time. She does not work, and the responsibility of caring for their family has become even more overwhelming. Their little daughter, Pihu, is just one and a half years old. She is too young to understand what has happened to her father or why he cannot be home with her. She only knows the comfort of having her parents close, something this family desperately hopes to restore.

Adding to their worries, Arjun's wife is three months pregnant. As the family prepares to welcome another child, they are struggling to cope with the uncertainty of Arjun's health, the mounting medical expenses, and the challenges that lie ahead. 

His recovery will take time, and the family faces an uncertain future while he heals.

For Arjun, recovering from these injuries will mean more than enduring medical treatment. It will mean learning to live with the physical consequences of the accident and finding his way back to everyday life. For his family, every day brings the hope that he will get better, alongside the fear of how they will afford the care he needs.
