Save Man’s Best Friend with KSPCA amidst Lockdown!

Dogs, man’s best friend wander across the streets of India, not one or two, but hundreds and thousands. These stray dogs don’t have a happy life, like many of the adopted dogs. They’re kicked, hurt, and beaten. They’ve had a hard life. However, there are millions of kind people who feed these dogs. These dogs are reliant on passersby, restaurant owners, cafe owners, shopkeepers and vendors on the street. They live on the leftover bits given to them.

The nationwide lockdown put everyone out of business and in their homes. Millions of people are locked in their homes to stem this awful disease. These innocent creatures don’t have a loving home where they can eat food. With nobody on the roads to feed them, they’re fighting against starvation. 

The little they got to eat earlier has now been taken away from them. They need your help to survive this crisis. If these dogs are left in starvation, the deaths of these dogs could increase and we’d have a new problem on our hands.

At the moment our focus has been feeding animals during the entire COVID -19 situation. We are also ensuring a rabies free environment by doing mass sterilisation and vaccinations and attending to rescues , emergencies , foster care , adoptions and on-spot treatment for animals in need.
