Support our food drives for daily wagers across Telangana, State, by IHRO-Telangana.
Over the last few weeks, we have seen that the people in poor/migrant communities -- most of them daily wagers, farmers, construction workers and others making barely enough to get by even in normal times -- are hugely affected by the Covid-19 crisis and lockdown. We are putting together food kits of essential supplies (rice, wheat, dal, etc.) to distribute to families and individuals in the communities where we are active.
Intended impact:
1. To keep daily wagers and their families in remote parts of State from going hungry during this lockdown period and beyond;
2. To lessen the harsh impact of the lockdown on these fragile and often neglected communities.
Note: Donations towards this fundraiser are not eligible for any tax deduction such as 80G, 501(c) etc
