Save Hundreds Of Homeless & Helpless People From Starving On The Streets, Donate Now

As we often say, it requires only one moment to change our mindset; a different mindset leads to change in our lives and others.

The same moment came in the life of Deepak when he was to returning home (in West Delhi) from his office (in Gurugram) and on amid way, he saw one man lying on the road smeared with the blood. Deepak saw the man and took him to the hospital for his treatment. While leaving the hospital, the doctor said to Deepak that a delay of a minute could have led to the loss of his life.

When Deepak left for his home, the thought of keeping on nudging his head “ that if within a few minutes, he can save someone's life, how many lives we can save in ONE Day. He discussed this incident with his close friend Jitesh Khare after a few days and eventually, they both found the same answer.

And, while searching answer to this question, I gave birth to “Jeewan Hi Udeshya (JHU).”

Jeewan Hi Udeshya, as the name suggests, we at JHU made the lives of others made the purpose of our lives.

JHU started by finding answers and turned out to be people’s trust. To end the quest, Deepak & Jitesh Khare started one social media group on 15th August 2018 and that was the first step of the creation/ foundation of JHU. With an aim to provide food to anyone who needs this and while working as a social media group for two years; many other helping hands had also joined JHU to serve the needy.

Since, August 2018, we had served almost many meals to the needy. With a passion of helping others, we registered JHU as a trust in October 2020, wherein we aim to help any needy person.

Jeewan Hi Udeshya, as the name suggests, we at JHU made the lives of others made the purpose of our lives.

Volunteers @ JHU:

Volunteers of JHU are called “ Jariya”, which is derived from Urdu language and means medium, as we feel that we are all just medium to serve and help others. JHU is actively working in Delhi, NCR and we aim to cover India by 2024.

Involvement/ Projects at JHU:

When Deepak and Jitesh both have dived into the journey of JHU, the Global Health Index results shocked both of them. We fetch the details of the website and that made us feel that how many people wake up in the morning but are not aware of the meals of the day.

While the JHU was started with aim of fighting against hunger and we were providing meals to the needy with utmost passion. But to everyone surprise, things and our mindset again shifted when 2020 & 2021 knocked on everyone’s door. The fear of Covid-19 had shattered everyone globally and soon this was declared a Pandemic by WHO. The year 2020- While the first wave hit India, cases were gradually increasing. The nationwide lockdown was announced to curb the Covid-19. But the sudden restrictions have left everyone in hassle.

Jeewan Hi Udeshya is a trust run by young people who always aim to save Indian lives with food, shelter, and money. Jeevan Hi Udeshya started on August 15 2018 and got registered on 14 October 2020.JHU is actively working in Delhi, NCR and we aim to cover India by 2024.
