Along with a part-time teacher, a few retired school teachers, and a few trainee, Social workers are also involved in this activity on a voluntary basis.
Besides helping the children in studies, the study centre is very effective in inculcating a regular study habit in children.
Children who were spending time in playing or wandering about in the community after they come back from school now come to the centre regularly.
Needy children are being provided with textbooks, notebooks and other school materials.
