Story of the campaigner
It is often said that change is a part of life, but when we look back at the year 2020 CHANGE has been on an extraordinary level. There is so much that the year has taught us, on one end it took away so much of our lives, and on the other end it also cultivated more wisdom, responsibility, and sensitivity towards others.
Especially during the lockdown when we noticed the wider section of our society i.e. the poor and daily workers who were very much at the suffering ends. Keeping our main focus on the homeless people we have also contributed to the basic necessities by providing ROTI, KAPDA AUR MAKAAN to the much needy section of the society.
We reached out to nearly 700 daily wage workers in the Isanpur & Hathijan area of Ahmadabad on 29.03 2020 by distributing groceries (Dal, Rice, Atta Biscuits, etc...).We also made provision for clothes to some 150 homeless people at Isanpur, Ahmadabad on 04-01-2021 and on 08-01-2021 Distribution of clothes and food packets (Paratha & Sabzi) at Bopal, Ahmedabad on 08-01-2021.
Our next motto is to provide the fourth basic necessity among the poor ie EDUCATION to the poor children and also to those who are unable to afford education due to poor financial status.
Our contribution will directly go to the school's administration only and will also provide study materials. Adding further we will also look forward to contributing to medical expenses of the poor and weaker section of our society.

GARV FOUNDATION - A HOME FOR HOMELESS has stepped out on the streets of Ahmadabad starting from the 29 of March 2020 to feed the many hungry poor people during the lockdown and has never looked back since then.
