Story of the campaigner
DigiSwasthya has been organizing weekly webinars to increase awareness about healthcare and we have on-ground awareness camps to educate the masses about telemedicine. Our team goes from village to village with educational material and teaches them about how they can avail themselves of affordable and accessible services through DigiSwasthya's Telemedicine Centers.
We have a phygital (physical + digital) model where we help the rural community avail healthcare services via teleconsultations with doctors from tier 1 hospitals.
The Services We Provide:
Our panel of healthcare professionals includes doctors across all specializations and languages. The patient navigator at our center measures the vitals using digital devices, shares it with the doctors, facilitates a consultation through a telemedicine platform, generates an electronic medical record, generates a prescription, translates the instructions, etc.
Through our telemedicine centers and camps, our beneficiaries cut down on medical expenses incurred due to traveling for treatment. And we need your help in providing the treatment to the need.
Provision of funds for center set up and running operations would include rent, utility (electricity, water, WiFi), consultation fee .of doctors, medical digital devices (basic equipment like BP machine, weighing machine), a laptop, TV screen, CCTV camera, web camera, speakers, etc.
About NGO
DigiSwasthya Foundation is a young non-profit organization established in June 2021 by a childhood rare condition survivor, Mr. Sandeep Kumar. It is a section 8 organization registered under the Companies Act of 2013. We provide teleconsultations and referral pathways for our patients, provide them with pro-bono or subsidized healthcare services including tie-ups with pharmacies and diagnostic labs.
Note: All the donations towards this campaign are eligible for Indian Tax Exemption.
