Story of the changemaker
There are 120 children with intellectual disabilities and multiple disabilities at BWC Dahod. They are studying in the special residential school here.
Special teachers train them for activities of daily living, pre-primary and primary academics. They are provided with 3 healthy meals a day. They stay in hostel above the school. There are about 20 students in the vocational training center. All the facilities here ( lodging and boarding are provided free of cost to them).
